Park Policy

General Park Policies

·          Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

·          All campers, visitors, guests or service people must sign in or register and pay fees in advance at the office.

·          This is a Gated community. A Gate Card is Required to open the gate. The gate will not be opened after 5:00 pm for guest except in case of emergency. Residents must be at gate to let visitors or guest in after 5:00 pm. If you damage our gate a Security Gate Repair Fee of $150.00 will be collect.

·          Gate Cards are for Park Occupants and Storage Customers ONLY . Unauthorized use will result in loss of gate ca?rd. A $20.00 deposit is required for each ca?rd.

·          Limit of 3 Gate Cards per site.

·          Residents expecting overnight visitors or guests must notify and pay before 5:00 pm

·          Residents must inform office if there is someone they do not want admitted.

·          All children must be supervised.  Children must not disturb other campers. 

·          Motorcycles and Bikes can be ridden in the park, but riders MUST wear helmets and ride only on paved roads.

·          Residents are responsible for all damage caused by their children or guests to park property or property of other campers.

·          Observe all NO PARKING SIGNS.  DO NOT Park on the grass or patio. 

·          Maximum 6 people per site

·          California Vehicle Code will be enforced. All vehicles and RVs must be currently registered at all times.

·          No vehicles older then 1996 may move into the park on a Weekly or Monthly basis.

·          Speed Limit within Park is 9 MPH . Violators will not be allowed to drive in the park and gate card will be revoked.

·          Check-in Time is 12 Noon (No Check-ins will be admitted before that time)

·          Checkout time is 12 Noon, Late Check out is 3:00 pm. A $5.00 fee is charged for Late Checkout and must be approved and paid 24 hours before checkout.

·          Campfires are allowed ONLY in fire ring located next to Space 56 and must be shared by all park occupants.

·          Campfires are NOT allowed anywhere during Fire Season.  Check with office before starting any fires .

 Please report any maintenance problems to Management right away. All other problems can be reported during normal office hours. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY please Call 911. (Riverside County Sheriff, then notify management at the office phone number, which is (951) 845-5919.

Site Rules

·          Only one (1) RV or Trailer is allowed per space. Where space permits, two (2) Vehicles may be parked on each site. No Vehicle parking on vacant sites. If you do, you will be charge for that site also. All overflow parking will be in the Storage area or in the parking lot behind the office and storage fees will be charged for more than 2 vehicles per space.

·          Quite Hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am NO generators during quite hours.

·          Two (2) dogs per site. No dogs can be left unattended outside your RV. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times when outside your RV, Pick up after your pets. No Barking dogs will be allowed to remain in the park. California Health and Safety Code Section 18601 and California Code of Regulations Chapter 2. Section 1608 prohibits any domestic animal from being loose in the park. We will call the Animal Control if one is found.

·          Washing, repairing or servicing of vehicles on your site or anywhere in the park is prohibited.

·          Please keep area around and under your RV neat and clean, this includes weeds. If Management cleans your site, you will be charged $75.00.

·          The Management must approve storage sheds. Fences, Patio Bricks and In ground Plants.
 NO Refrigerators, Feezers, Washer, Dryers, External air conditions, Non-running vehicles, Extension cords, Clotheslines, Etc. are allowed. If you have a question ask the office. 
NO   Plugging into Electric Meter on another site will be grounds for immediate eviction.

·          NO Bird Feeder of any kind. Birds cause damage to vehicles and other residential property.

·          All Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the Park. We are not a babysitter.

·          DO NOT leave water, food or garbage bags outside your unit.  You will attract wild animals (skunks, bobcats or mountain lions, etc)

·          Monthly rates applied to residents staying 3 months or more. Monthly residents must give at least a 3-day notice when checking out. If you do not stay the minimum 3 month or do not give us at least 3 days notice you will forfeit your deposits.

Pool/Spa Rules

·          Pool and Spa Hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

·          There is NO Life Guard on duty.

·          All children must be supervised by an adult while in the pool area.

·          NO Glass of any kind is permitted in the Pool/Spa area at any times

·          All Drinks must be in cans or plastic containers

·          The Spa area is for ADULTS ONLY

·          NO children allowed in the spa area.

·          No Food allowed in the Pool/Spa Area.

·          No Dogs allowed in the Pool/Spa Area.

Restroom and Laundry Rules

·          Shower are $.50 for 5 minutes.  Please conserve water as we are on a well and our own septic system.

·          Laundry Room Hours are 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

·          DO NOT put insoluble items such as disposable diapers, baby wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons, cloth or plastics in our sewer system.

·          Computer Modem Access is available in Laundry Room please share with others in the park.

·          Please keep Laundry Room clean, DO NOT leave your Laundry unattended.

·          Take clothes out of washers or driers as soon as they are done. Or someone else might.  

·          We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the laundry area.      

By entering the Park you are accepting all our rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all park rules and codes enacted by the Riverside County Health and Safety Department. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or evict anyone not following park rules and or policies.

We DO NOT PRORATE any of our Rates and We have a NO REFUND Policy. Rates may change at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. We are not responsible to any injuries received while staying in our Park. Late fees will be charged on past due accounts.
