Rates and Fees
- 1-2 MONTHS $700.00 30 AMP- $750.00 50 AMP (Based on 1-2 person per site)
- 3+ MONTHS- $375.00 AND UP + Electric (Based on 1-2 person per site)
- Extra Persons: $50.00 per person
- Dogs: $10.00 per dog (limit of 2 Dogs per site)
- $150.00 Electric Deposit, plus $20.00 Gate Card Deposit required
- $225.00 30 AMP (water, sewer, and electric included, Based on 2 person per site)
- $250.00 50 AMP (water, sewer, and electric included, Based on 2 person per site)
- Extra Persons: $20.00 per person
- Dogs: $6.00 per dog (limit of 2 Dogs per site)
- $20.00 Gate Card Deposit required
- $36.00 50 AMP (water, sewer, and electric included, Based on 2 person per site)
- $33.00 30AMP (water, sewer, and electric included, Based on 2 person per site)
- Extra Persons: $4.00 per person
- Dogs: $1.00 per dog (limit of 2 Dogs per site)
- Monthly: $50.00 per item stored
- Weekly: $20.00 per item stored

LATE FEES: We do charge late fees on all overdue and unpaid statement. (Rent, Electric, Storage, Propane.) 1st Day - $25.00, 2nd and all days until paid in full - $5.00 per day
Site Transfer Fee: (To transfer a monthly resident to another site) - $50.00
Check-In 12:00 Noon / Check-Out 12:00 Noon. Late Check-Out is 3:00 PM - $5.00 if site is available. Late check-out must be arranged and paid for no later then 9:00AM of the check-out day.
Reservations require a credit card to hold a site. If you do not call to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of arrival, one nights fee will be charged to your card.
We are a gated community. A gate card is required to enter. If you HIT our gate you will pay a $150.00 repair Fee immediately.
